B eing Successful is easy and anybody can be successful but we should be clear on what makes us feel successful. More often than not, problem lies in hazy life goals and inability to clearly define our definition of being successful , as a result despite being successful we keep on cribbing about the kind of life that we have got. Few ideas which are in  my mind on above subject I am writing it down so that it may help others too like it helped me.  According to me everybody is successful in some way or other. Being healthy, having family, job, kids, house etc is a part of success. If you have kids and you thing that you are still unsuccessful think of those thousands of people who don't have kids due to some reasons. I am writing this blog for all those serious aspirants of ESE & GATE who come to internet after long hours of study to relax and get motivated by reading topper's stories. I used to do that when I was preparing for my exams. I got lot of inspiration from a blog by Mr Tirumala K V who cracked Engineering Services Rank 36 in 2006. In some of my previous blogs, I had mentioned about not getting selected in Tata motors. I can recall that moment I realized this I lost my sense for a while.  I couldnot stop being extremely sad. My friends-Jayant(J)& Ajay(A)  supported me (I) & Madan(M). Out of V4, only A & J were through and I & M were still jobless ! We were group of 4 incidently top 4 of the Institute ! Mechanical Engineering is a beautiful branch of engineering. It’s been here since ages. "Family is Away" ke side effects : - Wake up late so as to get late for office everyday ( boss is very angry) - Avoid even washing your face forget about bath - Take whatever you lay your hands on in breakfast that too in office. - Increase intake of breakfast so as to avoid lunch - Take something odd at evening so as to kill the dinner - Watch TV endlessly / Read endlessly (whatever suits you) - Booze. - Laptop rules the roost. Need to recharge it every hour.It plays multimedia;) - Enjoy your ruffled up home. - Locating even basic things takes time :( - Costly dinner as you take your few friends along with you for a company. Never miss anybody, if you do, you wont be able to do any of the above and you will mess up your life.

We come across many changes in our life. From bachelorhood to getting married, school to college, college to job etc. None of these changes can resonate at the frequency of the current change which I and Swati are going through. Change of having a baby ( Adya) in our home. She is just an infant and she made us realize that life is not always bed of roses. While making us realize this she smiles and grins. Anyways, we were blessed with Adya on 25th September 2009. She was pretty healthy and cute when I first saw her. That time I didnt realize about the kind of changes we will have to accept. Swati bore all the brunt of delivering her. That day I realized the power of woman. Anyways, after a week's time, we welcomed Adya to our home from hospital. Story starts now... Initial 2 months were passed like a whisker when she was a real infant. Not able to gaze at you, feel you etc etc. but after that entire schedule has to be re-designed for our survival .
